Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once processed, orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days depending on your location. Our products ship from overseas fulfillment centers, which accounts for the delivery window.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier delays outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we'll make it right.
